Install Alius from the Shopify App Store, connect Slack (one-click OAuth), Telegram (a connection token), or Discord (a webhook URL or the Alius bot), then create an alert for "Order created". New orders post to your channel the moment they are placed. You can add conditions, for example only orders over $200.
